Vacay Water Enhancer Relaxes Mind Eases Stress and Kind of Anxiety

Always check with your doctor and read the ingredients list before consuming any supplementation, including this one.  Make sure you do not have any medicines that interact with the ingredients.
Vacay has L-theanine, passion flower, and chamomile.

I recently received one packet of 10 servings* (See below) of Vacay Water enhancer for stress relief and anxiety.  I took it a few days ago when I was having a rather stressful day and felt some anxiety.  I was a tad bit worried more because I just didn’t know how it was going to make me feel.

This is how I felt:

15 minutes after drinking, I still had anxiety but it did make me calmer if that makes sense.  I wasn’t jumping out of my skin with anxiety but I still had that slight feeling.

30 minutes after drinking, It did make me feel relaxed and my mind calmer.  I was overly worried about how the ingredients would interact with my thyroid medicine so that could be why I was so anxious and it didn’t COMPLETELY calm me down.  I know that having to take a thyroid medicine, you cannot take any supplements 4 hours after you have your medicine.  I took Vacay water 10 hours later so that wasn’t an issue.  I was just worried like normal.

1 hour after drinking and my body was really relaxed and my mind much calmer, yet didn’t take my anxiety away 100%.

This would be perfect for people with mild anxiety levels and stress.  If you’re like me and have high anxiety, it should make your body relaxed but your mind might keep going for a bit.  I was calm though.  It sounds like a contradiction, but really it’s not?  I just want to state my honest opinion.  I think this will work for the majority of people with stress and anxiety.

My other half took some too and he was asleep within a 1/2 hour.  I asked him how he felt and he said, “I feel sleepy.”  It was bedtime so this helped him relax for sure.

Taste:  It tasted like lemonade from like Crystal Light or something.  It probably was because of the Stevia, which gave it a “diet” flavor.  However, please don’t be deterred about Stevia, as this is much better for you than any sugar.

*I was confused about the packaging label.  It says take 1/2 tsp in 8 ounces of water 2/3 times a day.  However,  with only two uses, it looks like there is maybe 2 or 3 more servings left. I was worried again after that because I thought if there was supposed to be 10 servings in the package, and it looked like there would only be 2 or 3 more 1/2 teaspoons left, did we take TOO MUCH!?
I am in the process of asking the company and will post the response here.  I had more anxiety from questioning myself about if I took too much.

Received a response, however, I do know that I measured correctly.  I am not an idiot.  So make sure you check your servings too.  Maybe they met 1/4 teaspoon per?

All in all, I did like the product and it’s a good concept.  I liked how it made my body relaxed.  My mind has a MIND of it’s own sometimes and nothing calms it down completely.  I like that you can take this anywhere with you and take it no problem.  Great for planes or anywhere, where you feel nervous. #drinkvacay
